Bethel Mekane Yesus School
Generations of graduates from American Mission Girls' School, Yehiwot Birhan, and Bethel Mekane Yesus School stay connected through the AYBS Alumni Association.
AYBS Alumni Association represents former students of Bethel Mekane Yesus School — formerly known as American Mission and Yehewot Berhan School — the oldest girls' school in the country, established in 1924 (1916 E.C). Almost 100 years of educating girls has created more opportunities and strong lifetime education for everyone who has attended the school.
As a result, BMYS alumni have served their country in various capacities and fields and are also represented throughout the world — engaged in academia, public and private sectors, and international and non-governmental organizations.
